Major Project Milestone: Singapore Rotor Sail Enters FAT Stage
Dealfeng New Energy Technology is pleased to announce a significant milestone in one of our key international projects.
Our Rotor Sail project has now entered the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) stage, marking a major step forward in the system’s
development ahead of delivery and installation. Delivery to the shipowner is expected by the end of this year.
Over the past months, our engineering and production teams have worked intensively to ensure that the Rotor Sail meets the
highest standards of performance, safety, and reliability. Entering the FAT stage demonstrates our commitment to delivering
robust, high-efficiency wind-assisted propulsion systems to the global maritime sector.
Strategic Investment
In September 2025, Dealfeng completed a USD 1.5 million+ A-round investment, led by Jiangsu Jinqiao Private Fund Management Co., Ltd.,
supporting core technology upgrades, smart production line enhancements, and global market expansion. This investment strengthens
Dealfeng’s position as a leader in green shipping technology and accelerates the commercial deployment of wind-assisted propulsion solutions.
Sustainable Shipping Impact
Dealfeng’s Rotor Sail systems — including wind sails, smart control systems, and integrated service packages — are designed to
significantly reduce fuel consumption and GHG emissions. Independent third-party data indicate that Dealfeng’s systems can reduce fuel use
and emissions by over 10%, while remaining fully compatible with conventional engines. This offers shipowners an efficient, compliant,
high-return solution aligned with EEXI, CII, FuelEU Maritime, EU ETS, and forthcoming IMO net-zero requirements.

Building on this milestone, Dealfeng will continue to advance AI-driven smart control algorithms, strengthen partnerships with domestic
and international shipowners, and expand production capacity to meet growing global demand.
