Taking place at Port Solent in Portsmouth on 23 September, Maritime Futures will bring together shipowners, ports, technology providers, investors, regulators, policymakers and other maritime stakeholders.
Connecting innovation with deployment
The event is focused on an important challenge for the clean-maritime sector: helping promising technologies progress from demonstration towards commercial deployment.
This closely reflects ZESTAs’ mission. Zero-emission technologies need more than technical innovation to succeed. They also require effective regulatory frameworks, commercial pathways and engagement with the organisations responsible for investment and adoption.
The one-day programme combines curated networking, sailing in the Clean Shipping Regatta, technology showcases, industry engagement and an evening Awards and Innovation Gala.
The event may be of particular interest to ZESTAs and Global Liquid Hydrogen Alliance members working on zero-emission vessels, clean fuels, infrastructure and other enabling technologies.
